Terms and Conditions for Subscription Payment

1. Membership Period

  • The subscription fee is applicable for the membership period from January 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026.

  • Membership will automatically expire on March 31, 2026, and renewal will be required for continued participation in the association.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

  • The subscription fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to resignation, relocation, or dissatisfaction with the CTRA.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including early termination of membership by the member.

3. Non-Transferable Membership

  • Membership is strictly non-transferable. It is assigned to the individual or household that has completed the payment and cannot be transferred to another person or entity.

4. Payment Terms

  • Subscription payment must be made in full at the time of registration.

  • Payment modes and deadlines will be communicated via official CTRA channels.

5. Membership Benefits

  • Members will have access to CTRA activities, updates, and community initiatives as per the association’s policies set out in the MoA.

6. Compliance with CTRA Rules

  • Members are expected to adhere to all rules, regulations, and guidelines set by the CTRA Executive Committee including but not limited to the MoA.

  • Any violation of CTRA rules may result in immediate removal from communication channels and thereafter an inquiry leading to (up to) the revocation of membership without a refund.

By making the subscription payment, the member acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
