Policy Statement

All payments made to the Cooke Town Residents Association, including but not limited to membership fee are non-refundable. By making a payment to CTRA, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

Membership Fees

Membership fees are collected to support the ongoing activities, maintenance, and administrative costs of the association. These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the following:

• Voluntary cancellation of membership

• Inability to participate in association activities

• Dissatisfaction with membership benefits

Policy Changes

The Cooke Town Residents Association reserves the right to modify this No Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official website and other appropriate channels.
